I’m all about change…until it comes time to change. #realtalk When I do make a change, such as eating smaller, healthier portions and working out, I want to see results ASAP. After a couple of weeks, I’m like, “Where’s my 2 pack?!?” (I’d LOVE a 6 pack, but the only way that’ll happen is if I buy one at the grocery store. 😂)
So I decided it’s time to CHANGE how I CHANGE.
Because good habits = feeling good = better moods. And I’m one moody betch. 😂 So I Googled “form habits” and I found an excerpt from James Clear’s NYT Bestselling book, Atomic Habits. He breaks down the science of how habits work and how to change them. I highly suggest you read the entire article, but if you’re like me -you’ll want the Cliff’s Notes version.
